Venturis Investments is an investment and development company established in 2001 by Daniel Harris.

Venturis now has set up a US sister company in New York under  Venturis Inc. Venturis Inc. will purchase income producing, commercial investments with asset management potential, in the US, with a focus along Major Eastern Seaboad Cities and Chicago.

Investments have tended to be multi-let commercial investments located in Central Business Districts within Major Cities.

We are looking to add to our existing UK commercial portfolio with U.S. assets:

- Major City Centres (C.B.D's)

- UK wide, USA east coast inc. Chicago.

- Multi let buildings from $10m up to $100m.

- We will also look at commercial portfolios.

- Management intensive investments.

- Introductory Fees will be happily paid on unretained opportunities.
